General
we are a furry owned small business with a simple mission:
help you life fluffy & free
our products let you express who you are without holding back.
and don't worry scalies, avians, protogens, and other non furry furs: you can be fluffy & free too. it's a vibe, not a rule.
we do some design work internally, but have an amazing network of talented furry artists who contract with us.
every product will have any relevant artists credited.
yes! for every product sold with their design, the artist will receive a majority of the profit from the sale. floofee does get a portion to help cover our costs and help us grow!
our only exception is when we commission an artist for exclusive, eternal use of a design. in this instance, we pay them a flat fee upfront for this license.
artists of all sizes are free to reach out to us via our contact page. we are growing our base of artists one step at a time, making sure we can give proper attention to everyone we bring on. because of this, we can't accept everyone, but we'll do our best to help.
yes! even if you aren't a vendor on our web store, we help coordinate manufacturing for artists for conventions. reach out on our contact page!
transparency: we upcharge from the cost of core manufacturing for this service, since we'll be putting time in to make this happen for you.

Products
we aim to create items for all parts of your life. at home, on the go, in the office, in the gym. letting you be yourself wherever life takes you.
clothing, stationary, collectibles, kitchenware... it's all fair game!
we use multiple ways to get each product to you! some are handmade, some are manufactured in bulk, and others are printed for each order.
of course! one of our core beliefs is that we want to be able to sell top quality items only. if something doesn't meet our standards, we won't sell it.

on every relevant product page, there is a tab labeled "size guide" to help you get the right size. please make sure you measure yourself for this, since some items run smaller or larger than you may expect.
yes. this site is run by a 4xl chubby bunny, and because of that we guarantee that any product we sell will have at least one version/color that fits up to 3xl. we'd love to do bigger, but that gets much harder.
oh, and we never upcharge for bigger bodies.
it's probably not.
most acrylic items ship with a layer (or two!) of film on each part and side. really check to make sure there isn't any before getting worried.

if you can still access the page, that means we haven't retired the product yet! in many cases, we'll allow you to backorder items. when you backorder, this means we guarantee you'll get the item once manufacturing has completed for our next batch.
not seeing a product anymore? that means it's retired and unlikely to return. but please reach out to our contact page and tell us you want it back, it may help convince us.
Orders
we do our best to ship to as much of the world as possible. we do have a small block of countries that have extremely anti-lgbtq+ laws that we will not ship to.
in some instances, we are able to charge these extra fees at checkout. if we do, you'll see it before you order.
but for many countries, you may be required to pay additional cost when you pick it up. we have no way of estimating that as things keep changing rapidly.
we're doing our best to minimize those costs where we can, but much of it is out of our control.
it depends! many of our items will ship next business day, and if you're in the united states, you can expect it within the week.
however, some items take a week to manufacture for you. then another week to arrive.
if you are non-u.s., that also will increase the time it takes by a couple weeks.
sorry we can't be more specific, just trust we'll do our best to get to you as fast as we can.
we have different types of pre-orders, and they are detailed on the product pages.
coming soon pre-order: this is for a product that we already are manufacturing, and your pre-order guarantees you will get the item when it's ready
crowdfund pre-order: some items will require a minimum number of orders to be produced. we will always have an advertised due date for these pre-orders so your money isn't tied up in mystery. if the minimum is reached, you'll get your item when it's ready. if we don't hit the minimum, you'll get a full refund.
interest pre-order: for these, you're not actually pre-ordering! you're just saying that you would buy the product if it was for sale. we won't charge you any money, we'll just send you an email if it becomes real.
in some instances, we ship our orders in multiple packages or at different times. if time goes by, and you still haven't got any notices, please send us an email on our contact page.
yes. you must request this within 30 days via a contact message. you will be required to return the item to us. it must be unworn or unused.
